Burrito me

You can find Burrito Me in Laconia’s historic train station downtown. Burrito Me is a small taqueria founded by cousins Aaron and Reuben. The menu is simple, the prices are right, and the spice level is up to you!

With a desire to provide good, fresh, inexpensive food, Aaron and Reuben knew from the beginning that they wanted to make everything from scratch and use local products whenever possible. 

In addition to keeping the money local (and foregoing any need for a can opener), we have found that working with area vendors has allowed us access to better-tasting and harder-to-find foods and beers, and it’s also helped us build stronger connections in and around Laconia.

Though the Burrito Me menu is simple, it is ever-evolving. The staff likes to experiment with different ingredients and new techniques as often as they can and the result is often a new addition to the ‘specials’ rotation.
